Summons Service

Hibernian Legal offers a service throughout Ireland and internationally for the service of court documents. All personnel dealing with the service of documents are legally trained.

We employ a team of professionally trained process servers who cover the Leinster area from early morning to late at night, Monday to Saturday.

Outside Leinster we have built up a network of local agents and investigators who will serve court documents on behalf of our clients with the added benefit of local knowledge.

We provide an excellent, flexible and affordable service to clients throughout Ireland and abroad.

Following successful service of documents Affidavits of Service are provided. In cases where service has not been possible, a detailed report can be prepared to assist clients in applications for substituted service.
